Placing an order

Here is a brief guide about our ordering process. You can also click on the ‘Placing an order’ tab at the top of each page.

Payment:
We will contact you for payment once your order has been completed. Payment can be made by the majority of UK Debit or Credit Cards over the phone, PayPal and Bank Transfer. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept cheques.

Despatch:
When all work is completed, we will send your copies/conversions to you by post or courier, and once you acknowledge receipt of them, we will then return your original items (if you require them). This is in case anything gets lost in the post. If you do not require your original items, they will be destroyed.
